I'm a Japanese professional pick-up artist. Up until now, I have picked up girls in various places such as nightclubs, standing bars, and on the street. I have also used many dating apps. If you want to hang out with Japanese, my blog is a must-see.

Thoughts on health of a 29-year-old Japanese man

I usually eat what I feel like eating at the time. There are no particular dietary restrictions. Of course, I also know that if I eat an unbalanced diet, I'm more likely to get sick and my physical condition won't be at its best. However, I think holding back what you want to eat is bad for your health and psychologically. I believe that it is possible to live a happy life by eating a lot of what you like.

Just don't get me wrong. I originally went to school for organic farming, so I want to eat healthy food. However, there are times when you want to eat junk food. Also, I would like to note that there is research data that shows that what we thought was healthy is actually not.

For example, many Japanese people think that drinking milk is healthy, and they are given a pack of milk every day for school lunches. However, some people may become ill in the future if they continue to consume milk and dairy products, so this is not necessarily a good thing.

The same goes for vegetables. Health hazards have been reported from consuming too much raw vegetables. Also, people in Japan who are highly health conscious are particular about using organic vegetables, without pesticides or additives.

However, for some reason, people who continue to live an organic, additive-free lifestyle have their skin ruined or die from cancer. What is the cause of this contradiction? Is it hereditary? I think it's because my diet is unbalanced. In other words, it's too biased.

A well-balanced meal is something like a set of meat, miso soup, rice, and vegetables. It is unhealthy for vegetarians to not eat meat at all, and meat also contains nutrients that humans need. The less knowledgeable people are about food, the more they jump to foods that are considered healthy and try to continue consuming only those foods. No matter how healthy something is, if you eat too much of it, you will become unwell.

Don't be picky about specific things, take a well-balanced intake every day. This is the ideal meal for me. So don't deny yourself 100% junk food. For example, if you want to eat ramen, it's perfectly fine as long as you eat it at a moderate pace, such as once every five days. Also, even if humans ingest poison, they will excrete it to some extent. Our bodies are that good, so there's no need to go into hysterics every time.

By the way, I have a friend who eats junk food almost every day, but he is extremely energetic. Although he is in his late 30s, he has the physical strength of a young man. One reason why he is so energetic is because he has a job that requires physical exercise during the day. Also, his mind is sound.

In other words, what I'm trying to say is that food isn't the only thing that affects your health. If you exercise regularly every day and spend your days with gratitude and positivity, you can stay healthy even if you eat too much junk food. On the other hand, no matter how healthy you eat, if you don't exercise enough or are filled with negative emotions, you will become unhealthy.

It's similar to the experiment where if you abuse a flower or crystal, it withers. The latest medical and spiritual sciences also point out the influence of human emotions, and the mental part cannot be ignored. We need to broaden our horizons beyond just food.

It's also a good idea to experiment on your own to see what you can eat to feel better. For example, I get a runny nose when I eat too much sweets. I get sleepy right after eating sweets or junk food. It's easy to understand when you have symptoms like this.

Other symptoms include diarrhea (poo) and manic-depressive symptoms. Mental illness of unknown cause may be related to food. If there are no changes in your physical condition, you may not need to worry that much. Please pay attention to your physical and mental reactions immediately after eating.
